The 2nd party being a business that is an expert in industrial and safety services as well as health, safety and environmental services are desirous of extending their expertise to the 1st party.
And the 1st party being a company permitted by its Memorandum of Association to carry on business as general contractors, commercial traders and distributors have accepted to combine assets, capital, and skills with the 2nd party to execute this partnership and carry on the business of logistics.
